Outer Circle Apartments, Alphington

This project involved the construction of a four low-rise apartment buildings on the banks of the Yarra River in Alphington, as part of the transformation of the former Alphington Paper Mill site by developer Glenvil.

FDN designed and installed fire sprinkler and occupant warning system.

The project was completed with builder Ironside.
