4248 Claremont Apartments – South Yarra

This project involved the construction of a high rise residential development of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom penthouses that span 21 levels in the heart of South Yarra.

FDN designed and installed the fire sprinkler system for the building. This included sprinkler protection in the basement carpark levels (including specific protection for car stacker platforms) and a combined sprinkler hydrant system with residential sprinkler control valves, sprinklers and hydrants on each level of the building. The project also included onsite static water storage and fire sprinkler pumps.

The project was completed alongside leading commercial builder Hamilton Marino.
